The foundation of the brand is built on joy - the joy of dressing, the joy of celebrating colour, happiness, and art in larger than life motifs and silhouettes. The brand combines the laidback elegance and comfort of everyday essentials with a focus on unique accents like a dramatic sleeve detail, an unexpected colour story, or structural explorations that up the ante.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, we require 7 business days (weekdays) to process and dispatch your order. If you have PRE-ORDERED an item, order processing will commence from the date declared online and timelines will be longer. Please check your order confirmation email for timelines on Pre Ordered collections.
1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We provide free shipping within India. Once dispatched, domestic shipping takes 7 business days. In case of a delay in production, we will immediately contact you regarding the same. We have carefully chosen shipping partners due to their reputations for prompt and reliable services. Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.
2. FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship worldwide however timelines and rates will vary based on your location. There is an additional shipping fee charged for international shipping. The shipping rates will be visible and added on check out. Once processed and dispatched, international shipping takes 10-12 business days. We ship via DHL Express for all international orders.
Any additional taxes, custom duties or VAT applicable must be covered by the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please contact your local customs office for current custom charges applicable before you place your order to avoid any misconception on custom charges at the time of delivery of your parcel. In case of inability to pay these at the time of accepting the package once it's dispatched , no cancellation or refund will be provided.
We are not liable for any delays or issues with shipments once they have been dispatched from our headquarters. Delays or loss of packages must be taken up with the courier company directly.
Exchange Policy
The more you order, the happier we are! However, we strongly encourage you to buy once you are totally sure and discourage the generation of extra carbon footprint in the process of exchange.Please check all product details and sizing details multiple times before placing an order. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase. Incase of a defect in size, colour etc. from our side we will ensure smooth processing of exchange as soon as possible. Details are given further below.
1. CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within

2. SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.
3. RETURNS
We do not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged.
From time to time we may make mistakes, we apologise for them in advance and hope that you will give us a second chance. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number ,an image and description of the issue within 72 hours of delivery of the package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages. Any issues reported after 72 hours will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control.
4. EXCHANGE
In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 1 year. In case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold out collections will not be accepted. All exchanges are final.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer exchange or return on International orders.
6. HOW TO PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE
As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange on hello@shiromaniindia.com.
The piece must be returned to the Shiromani Headquarters in Hauz Khas, Delhi within 7 working days of submitting your exchange request. The package must be returned unused - with original tags and packaging intact. Any items that do not pass these checks will be sent back to the customer. Any items received beyond 7 days of registering the exchange request will be sent back to the sender.
Exchange will be initiated only on genuine issues of incorrect delivery of size, colour, style or different product from our side. Any issues beyond this might not qualify as reasons for exchange. We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the security of personal information is important to us. We do not rent, sell,transfer or distribute our customer base, customer details or mailing list emails to anyone. We also do not store credit or debit card details on our server,and all credit or debit card purchases are processed through a secure and renowned payment gateway.
We collect limited personal information while placing the order, including name, shipping and billing address, email address and credit card or debit card number for the limited purpose of processing that specific transaction. We use this information to process the order, provide support, and regular updates on the order.
Should you choose to sign up for our mailing list, we will not spam, we will however send occasional updates on new products, collections and sales. You can opt out anytime.Simply send an email indicating ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line. Your request will be processed as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that cancellation of your member account will result in you not being able to access the relevant services, offers or content.
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless required by law, necessary in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, or when otherwise necessary to protect our rights or interests.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to amend errors, inaccuracies or omissions, or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo graphical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our manufacturers or suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price (regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged). If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we may issue a refund to you in the amount of the incorrect price.
4. PRODUCT
Please note that because the colours of the products you will see on the Website depend on your monitor/screen, browser or operating software, we cannot guarantee that the display of colour will be accurate and some colours may vary. Print placements and colours may vary from style to style.
All sizes and measures are approximate. We do try to ensure they are as accurate as possible, however, we do advise customers to measure themselves and refer to our sizing chart.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a business launched in 2024, we recognise our responsibility to our planet and our people. From the very beginning, we have been very conscious of not greenwashing our way into our customer's closets.
-We focus on production in small batches while catering to current as well as future trends. Our styles and prints are unique, and many include hand stitched or handicraft techniques. Each product is made with utmost care. Instead of falling in loops of the fast fashion market, we believe in quality work with eco-friendly raw materials and methods.
-We do our best to ensure there is minimal fabric waste in our production process. We stick to digital printing to keep our water consumption under control. We also use azo-free dyes instead of chemical dyes, which are harmful.
We manufacture with partners who share similar goals and motives of introducing the world to the realm of old arts and upliftment of underprivileged, especially women. Our manufacturing partners are sensitive to that and believe in supporting us in building an environmentally and socially responsible business. The whole process of processing occurs within 5 km of orders.
-All our packaging is minimal, biodegradable and recyclable (And made out of waste fabric, if there is any) You might miss the frills and thrills of excessive marketing material in our packages; however, we have consciously tried to steer clear of that to reduce paper wastage.
We are working on doing better every day and are hoping to be able to grow into a brand that has a positive impact!
